Job Requirements

1. Responsible for the daily management of the factory and the management of subordinate employees. Responsible for cultivating, motivating and leading the subordinate management team to ensure that its ability and enthusiasm are continuously improved and to promote the achievement of various goals;

2. Weave a monthly production plan according to the production plan, and effectively control and manage production;

3. Improve the workshop management system, standardize the department's operating procedures, be responsible for organizing the formulation of the department's work objectives and work plans, and organize the implementation, guidance, coordination, inspection, supervision and control in a timely manner to ensure that tasks are completed on time;

4. Set up and implement optimized production processes; effectively improve employee productivity and reduce production costs;

5. Coordinate the relationship with other departments of the company to ensure orderly production;

6. Assist superior leaders to formulate annual plans, and be responsible for organizing implementation and accomplishing annual goals;

7. Keep abreast of the production status, coordinate the communication and cooperation between various departments, and solve the problems in production.
